Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return. We’ll respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
 
Free Shipping
Most orders over $299 qualify for free shipping. However, some extremely heavy items do not ship for free. Feel free to email us with any questions about free shipping eligibility.

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
When you place an order, we’ll provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping options. Depending on the shipping provider selected, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. You can find the weight of any item on its detail page. To align with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
